Alison M. Pringle is Senior Counsel in the San Diego office of GRSM. Alison has extensive state and federal court intellectual property and commercial litigation experience in California and New York. Alison has successfully litigated and resolved suits involving trademark, copyright, right of publicity, defamation, contract, fraud, unfair business practices, trade secrets, antitrust, and business tort matters. Ms. Pringle has extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation from responding to pleadings and conducting discovery to drafting and winning dispositive motions.
In her counsel to private companies, Alison aims to creatively resolve disputes and to tailor litigation to the business’s needs as much as practicable. She helps these entities approach litigation from an internal business perspective while also providing efficient and effective representation.
Prior to joining GRSM, Alison served as in-house counsel for an international media-licensing agency where she managed the agency’s intellectual property and commercial litigation and provided legal risk analysis and business recommendations. Before law school, Alison taught English at a prominent international school in Bangkok, Thailand.
