    Angela Flood is Senior Counsel in the San Diego office of GRSM. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and employment law. She is experienced in class action and other complex litigation, with claims involving false advertising, consumer fraud, and unfair business practices, as well as Directors & Officers liability and employment contract disputes. She has also represented a variety of companies and businesses in matters involving claims of discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and breach of contract.

    Angela also has substantial experience in defending lawsuits in the fields of construction law, environmental and toxic tort litigation, and personal injury law. She is also well-versed in the practice of family law, and has handled numerous matters involving marital dissolutions, child and spousal support orders, child custody and visitation orders, and division of assets for high-profile and professional clients with substantial assets.

    Angela earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, she volunteered her time to provide assistance to legal clinics aimed at increasing access to legal advice for low income and indigent persons. As part of her law school studies at University of San Diego, she spent a summer attending the Institute on International and Comparative Law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Angela obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she majored in Communication and Rhetorical Studies.

    • Obtained summary judgment of homeowner claims of professional negligence and racial discrimination against industrial hygienists hired to conduct testing for damage to home following Los Angeles area wildfires. The court awarded recovery of over $7,000 in fees and costs to the client.
    • Prepared successful motion for summary judgment of claims of disability discrimination and wrongful termination claims against a culinary school.
    • Negotiated nuisance value settlement of disability discrimination and wrongful termination claims against staffing agency.
