    Christine M. Wheatley is Senior Counsel in the Sacramento office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She has completed over two dozen jury trials, both criminal and civil, as well as numerous court trials. She is well versed in all areas of litigation. She has conducted and defended hundreds of depositions and written and argued countless motions.

    Christine graduated Magna Cum Laude from USF School of Law in 1999. Thereafter she worked as a Deputy District Attorney until the end of 2002, at which time she became a medical malpractice defense attorney. 

    In 2005, Christine moved to a new firm where she practiced insurance defense, construction defect, business law, and real estate law. She handled all aspects of discovery and trial preparation for each of her cases. She remained at that firm until the firm split. She continued practicing in the areas of construction defect, real estate and business disputes until joining GRSM.
