    David A. Serrano is a partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM. His practice focuses on general tort and product liability matters in which he represents both individual and corporate clients in catastrophic accident cases, design defect litigation, premises liability, international transportation and shipping disputes, consumer fraud actions, and residential/commercial property disputes. David also assists vessel owners, operators, and manufacturers on a number of maritime matters, including wrongful death and personal injury, and commercial disputes. David also advises clients on a number of pre-litigation and administrative concerns, including accident and claim investigations, OSHA or USCG inquiries, and corporate document retention and preservation practices. 

    David received his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law, and his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from California State University San Marcos. Before joining GRSM, he worked as an associate for a small firm in Southern California specialized in commercial property disputes. David worked as a research assistant focusing on numerous corporate law issues affecting small businesses, and as an in-house legal clerk for a property management company while attending law school.

    David also volunteers for local non-profits offering pro-bono legal assistance on immigration issues to low-income Bay Area residents. In his spare time, regularly plays in several coed sports leagues in the city, golfs, and is an avid movie fan.
