    David O’Daniel is a partner in the Phoenix office. He has practiced with GRSM since 2008. David is distinguished as a top-rated lawyer (AV Preeminent) by Martindale-Hubbell.  He has extensive experience in trials in state and federal courts and arbitrations. David has also served as an arbitrator in state court arbitrations.  His practice focuses on commercial litigation, product liability, asbestos defense, professional liability, construction, Directors & Officers defense, premises liability, and aviation matters. David represents a broad range of clients, including insurance agents and brokers, defending against malpractice claims.
