    Jacqueline Kirk DuBois is Partner at GRSM in the firm’s Southern California offices. She is an experienced litigator who has handled matters through all phases of litigation. Her practice is focused on asbestos litigation, environmental law, product liability, and toxic tort law. She has represented a variety of defendants, including automotive parts suppliers, automotive equipment suppliers, drywall and stucco suppliers, cosmetic talc suppliers, and manufacturers and suppliers of ceramic clay.

    Prior to joining GRSM in 2014, Jacqueline worked as in-house counsel for an internet services provider, and the largest re-seller of china, crystal, and silver in the United States. In this capacity, her primary focus was corporate litigation, real estate, and employment law, including matters involving claims for discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment. She also worked for one of the top law firms in the South East, managing large-scale discovery in complex civil litigation and construction defect cases. She excelled in managing extensive document collections, electronic reviews, and productions while supervising a team of attorneys, paralegals, and IT professionals.

    While initially practicing in California, Jacqueline focused her practice in the areas of construction and corporate litigation, with broad expertise in representing national developers and general contractors, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Jacqueline has successfully defended developers, contractors, and subcontractors in residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, through trial. In addition, she has also acted as corporate counsel to prominent corporations in the United States and other countries.
