    Jessica Clouse is a Partner with the Construction practice group in the San Francisco office of GRSM. Her practice focuses on construction litigation in the defense of design professionals, architects, engineers, general contractors and developers in a variety of construction-related matters. Jessica has experience handling claims in state court, federal court, as well as in judicial reference tribunals throughout Northern California. Jessica’s experience litigating includes obtaining dismissals at the initial pleading stage, through summary judgment, preparing cases for trial and successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients.  In addition to her litigation practice, Jessica has also advised her clients on administering ongoing construction projects, claim avoidance, and other transactional matters.

    Prior to joining GRSM, Jessica worked at Bay Area Legal Aid in the Health Division. She successfully represented elderly and disabled clients at administrative hearings arguing for the retention of their Medi-Cal benefits.
