    Lance E. Shurtleff is a Partner in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Construction practice group. Mr. Shurtleff is a versatile trial lawyer handling complex State and Federal court cases and handling claims before a variety of regulatory boards. Mr. Shurtleff routinely litigates catastrophic injury cases and large loss property damage cases, focusing on trucking accidents, oil and gas industry accidents, and other casualty in Wyoming, Colorado, and North Dakota. Mr. Shurtleff also advises these companies on the rapidly evolving regulations impacting their industries, handling OSHA, MSHA, and EEOC claims.

    He advises product designers and manufacturers on issues related to recurrent claims arising from design and manufacturing problems and routinely defends against claims and lawsuits brought against companies involved in these industries.
