    Quincy Jones is a Partner in the Dallas office of GRSM. Quincy defends mid-size to large corporations, including manufacturers, distributors, contractors, employers, and premises owners in a variety of product liability and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, cosmetic talcum powder, and typical commercial products, involving personal injury and wrongful death. Further, Quincy serves as national coordinating counsel and has successfully managed dockets of mass tort cases. Quincy participates in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings; drafting dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; leading extensive document reviews; overseeing complex discovery; conducting plaintiff, fact witness, and expert depositions; developing fact and expert witnesses; participating in mediation; developing trial strategies; and attending trial.

    Environmental & Toxic Tort

    • Member of National Coordinating Counsel Team for various premises owners and product manufacturers.
    • Assisted in multiple trials for product manufacturers and premises owners in various toxic tort matters.
    • Assisted in successfully excluding Plaintiffs’ experts’ improper testimony offered in violation of rules of evidence, effectively eliminating their opinions, in a toxic tort trial.
    • Member of appellate team that prevented expansion of liability under Arizona law for alleged take-home toxic exposure.
    • Led numerous complex discovery investigations for premises owners, product manufacturers, and employers in toxic tort matters to assist in developing facts, answering discovery, and overall strategy.
    • Secured summary judgment for a federal government contractor in a complicated toxic tort matter.
    • Secured no-evidence motion for summary judgment for a product manufacturer in a toxic tort matter.
    • Secured dismissals and nonsuits based on lack of personal jurisdiction in multiple toxic tort cases in Missouri and Texas.
