Richard “Rich” Ames is Senior Counsel at GRSM, with extensive experience in personal injury and construction cases. In the personal injury area, he has defended claims involving exposures to asbestos and other chemical and workplace injuries. In the construction area he has handled a range of construction and breach of contract cases, including lien claims, delay claims, and breach of contract claims for property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Mr. Ames also has experience with broker liability, condominium and homeowners association disputes, easements, and general breach of contract cases.
Rich has extensive experience in all major State and Federal jurisdictions in California. He keeps an eye on efficient case resolution, early case preparation, and emphasizes client communication to ensure the best and most efficient result possible in each case.
