    Tara E. Lynch is a Partner in the Manchester, New Hampshire and Boston offices of GRSM. She handles a wide range of litigation matters involving professional liability defense, including the defense of architects, engineers, insurance professionals, real estate agents and brokers, health professionals, and accountants. A trial lawyer with over a decade of experience, Tara also litigates construction defect and product liability claims, employment matters, and title disputes. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the defense of complex personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. 

    Tara has tried cases in both state and federal courts. In 2019, she secured an eight-figure jury verdict that was recognized by Law.com and the Connecticut Law Tribune as the largest consumer protection verdict of the year in New England. 

    A former appellate clerk of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York, she also represents clients at the appellate level. She has appeared on numerous appellate briefs and conducted arguments before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.

    A native of New Hampshire, during law school, Tara served as a judicial intern in the New Hampshire Superior Court, Rockingham County. 
    She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2014. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state.
