Travis W. Smith is a Partner in the Pittsburgh office of GRSM and is a Member and Chair of the Medicare Compliance Practice Group.
Travis focuses on addressing Medicare issues in workers’ compensation, liability and no-fault cases. This includes:
- Preparing Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements,
- Having Medicare Set-Asides approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to ensure that Medicare’s interests have been adequately considered as required by the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute,
- Conditional payment lien investigation and negotiation Assisting parties come to a settlement that protects both their own interests, as well as Medicare’s,
- Providing counsel regarding Medicare Section 111 Mandatory Insurer Reporting.
