William E. Blick

Bill Blick maintains a diverse litigation practice with a particular emphasis in construction litigation.  He has defended constructional defect disputes in numerous jurisdictions that include Pennsylvania, California, Maryland, Virginia, Texas and Oregon.  He has achieved favorable results for his clients at varying stages of litigation in lawsuits with high exposure for his clients.  He also regularly assesses issues related to insurance coverage in the construction context and regularly counsels his clients on such issues.  Bill also counsels his clients on matters involving mechanic’s liens, contract negotiation, and general counseling on day-today business operations.

 

Bill also has significant experience in personal injury matters and has defended a variety of organizations in such actions in several jurisdictions.  He has litigated cases in nearly every court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has experience in alternative forums such as the American Arbitration Association. Bill has also defended healthcare providers in the long-term care setting and has experience in the area of employer liability.
