Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has been ranked among the top firms in the nation for female attorneys, according to Law360’s 2020 Glass Ceiling Report. Gordon & Rees ranks in the top 40 among law firms with 601+ lawyers.
Law360's Glass Ceiling Report looks at how law firms of a similar sizes compare on two measures: the percentage of female attorneys at the firm and the percentage of female equity partners.

The Law360 ranking reflects the firm's ongoing committment to facilitate the advancement of women at Gordon & Rees and advance the opportunities for women in the legal profession overall. The firm’s Women’s Initiative, which provides leadership and opportunity for women in the legal profession, has remained robust through the pandemic holding regular virtual meetings, webinars, and other workshops.
Earlier this year, National Law Journal ranked Gordon & Rees among the Top 25 in the "Women in Law Scorecard." The firm was also recently named a Top 100 Law Firm for Women by WomenInc. Magazine for its female representation and leadership within law firms.
Women represent at least 40% of Gordon & Rees attorneys, 30% of partners, and 50% of associates; all of which surpass national averages in the field.
