Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Tampa attorney, Jade Craig, was the featured speaker at Personnel Concepts webinar, Race Discrimination in the Workplace: How Businesses Can Combat Institutional Racism held Wednesday, July 8 at 10am PT.

The webinar provided an in-depth review of the origins of institutional racism and solutions to combat racial discrimination in response to the current national interest in race relations. 

Race discrimination charges account for one-third of all employment discrimination claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Currently, protests taking place across the U.S. have highlighted racial inequality, raising sensitivity and awareness of employee rights. This free webinar offers employers of all sizes assistance in evaluating their company policies for obligations and best practices related to racial discrimination.

Craig is a member of the Employment Law practice group. His practice is focused on representing individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation and handling issues related to labor and employment law. He has represented clients in labor and employment disputes in both state and federal courts, including preparing and arguing dispositive motions that have resulted in settlement or dismissal before trial.
