Jason Irvin Featured Presenter at the DRI Product Liability Conference

January 2020

Dallas Partner Jason Irvin will be a featured speaker at the DRI Product Liability Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana from February 5 to February 7, 2020. Irvin will join two other speakers in a one hour discussion on "The Many Faces of Jury Research," on Thursday, February 6.

Irvin's presentation will focus on today’s jury research and its evolution as technology has evolved. The presentation will include a discussion about the use of online jury research, traditional mock trials, focus groups, online “trials,” and online surveys, including examples of how clients have used research at different stages in the life cycle of a case to improve the outcome at any stage of litigation. The program will also include an interactive demonstration showing how research can be used to gather useful feedback from jurors in a hybrid focus group/mock trial format.

The DRI Product Liability Conference provides targeted programming to improve all aspects of attorneys' practice, such as improving your understanding of the use and development of virtual reality, exploring new and evolving methods for jury research, and learning how to give a better presentation.
