Jay Gregory, a partner in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees, is among a list of distinguished participants in an upcoming Professional Liability Mock Trial put together by the Structural Engineers Association of Massachusetts (SEAMass). The mock trial will be held on February 11 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kostas Research Institute of Northeastern University in Burlington, Massachusetts. Some of Boston's most experienced trial lawyers will represent a compelling "mock trial" that will realistically portray a hypothetical yet practical case.
Gregory focuses his practice on construction defect litigation and the defense of malpractice actions brought against professionals, including architects, engineers, surveyors, real estate brokers, appraisers and attorneys.
