Seattle Partner Allen W. Estes, III will be a featured panelist at the California Diversity Council's 4th Annual San Diego Multicultural Roundtable "Valuing Differences" on Wednesday, June 14 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at National University's Spectrum Campus.
Estes will participate in a panel discussion topic titled "The Voice of Leadership, How Leaders Inspire, Influence and Achieve Results." Estes' presentation is one of six panel discussions presented during the half-day leadership roundtable.
This annual event brings together a panel of business leaders who hold leadership positions in their organizations. Leaders will speak about their experiences as individuals of color in the workplace, and attendees will have the opportunity to learn about some of the obstacles diverse individuals encounter in their place of work. The goal of this event is to help attendees learn best practices to guide their future workplace interactions.
