Chair of the firm's Appellate Practice Group Don Willenburg will present "Significant California Decisions 2017-2018" at the Litigation and Appellate Summit on October 5, 2018 in San Francisco. This annual Summit is organized by the Litigation Section of the California Lawyers Association.
Willenburg will serve on a three-person panel with Judge Brad Seligman (Alameda), who will address California legislative developments, and James Wagstaffe, an author of texts related to federal practice who will address federal case law developments.
In addition to Willenburg's panel, this year's Summit will feature California Supreme Court Associate Justice Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar and Erwin Chemerinsky, founding dean of the University of California, Irvine, School of Law and current dean of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
