Aaron J. Aguirre

Aaron J. Aguirre is Senior Counsel in the Fresno office of GRSM and is a member of the Tort & Product Liability practice group.  A Central Valley native, Aaron provides practical solutions and effective representation to individuals and businesses throughout California.

Aaron served in the United States Navy prior to earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from California State University, Fresno, and a Juris Doctorate with distinction from the San Joaquin College of Law.  Before his admission to the California Bar, he worked as judicial extern for the Honorable Gary Austin at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. 

Prior to joining GRSM, Aaron worked for boutique and mid-sized civil litigation law firms in California.  He handled cases involving insurance defense, product liability, trucking, premises liability, personal injury, as well as general civil litigation.

Representative Experience

• Successfully argued dispositive motions for clients securing favorable judgment or dismissal.
• Successfully obtained dismissal of government entity client sued erroneously for injury caused by trip/fall on sidewalk of adjacent landowner based on expert report establishing ownership.
• Successfully negotiated numerous cases down between six and seven figures from amounts demanded by injured parties at mediation or in informal negotiations.
