Alyson M. Kern is an Associate in the Indianapolis office of GRSM where she focuses on commercial litigation, trucking & transportation, and environmental/toxic tort matters. Prior to joining GRSM, Alyson practiced trucking and insurance defense at a Midwest litigation firm in federal and state court. She has experience representing both large and small transportation carriers in both pre-suit investigations and litigation phases. Upon graduation from law school, she served as a Deputy Public Defender and represented petitioners in all phases of litigation in post-conviction relief matters.
