    Anthony Bellone is Partner in GRSM's Employment practice group.

    Anthony has over 23 years of civil litigation experience which includes all aspects of civil litigation, in both federal and state court, from pleading through appeal, with specific emphasis in employment matters. He has tried cases before juries and has had success in pretrial motion practice.

    As a former private investigator, Anthony has had extensive experience in case investigation and preparation.

    Anthony spent over six years as a claims adjuster in the Employment Practices Liability unit of a national insurance carrier.

    Community Involvement

    • Part of the litigation team in the case of Watson v. Department of Rehabilitation, (1989) 212 Cal.App.3d 1271

    • Involved in several Qui Tam matters which have resulted in millions of dollars being returned.

    • Successful and effective resolution of hundreds of matters through settlement, mediation and dispositive motion.

    • Anthony’s practice also includes providing advice and counseling to employers and assisting clients with creating policies and procedures in compliance with current trends in labor and employment law.
