Ben Thames is a Partner in the St. Louis office and is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort, Product & General Liability, Asbestos, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He handles a wide range of litigation, including matters involving employment law, environmental and chemical exposure claims, and product liability.
Ben has more than 20 years of legal experience with extensive experience in product, premise, employment, and personal injury liability cases. His comprehensive knowledge helps clients manage complex litigation. Ben is committed to responding to the needs of clients and delivering positive results. He has significant experience in all phases of litigation, including trial. Clients depend on him to use his experience and client-centered approach to help them navigate concerns related to a wide range of litigation, including matters involving employment law, environmental and chemical exposure claims, and product liability.
Ben has defended claims across the nation and possesses the experience and knowledge to defend clients no matter where their problems arise. This experience includes managing the caseload of major manufacturers in mass tort cases throughout the nation including defense of claims, discovery, negotiations, and trial.
