    Benjamin Levine's practice primarily focuses on complex litigation in the areas of sports, entertainment, employment, professional liability, and commercial law in state, federal and administrative courts. Benjamin zealously advocates on behalf of a wide range of clients including professional athletes, NCAA Athletes, coaches, sports agents, employers, professionals, municipalities, and businesses.

    Prior to joining GRSM, he participated in a fellowship with the New York State Department of Financial Services where he worked in their Financial Frauds and Consumer Protection Division. In connection with his fellowship, he oversaw and assisted in various investigations to halt deceptive business practices impacting the public.

    Benjamin was also competitively selected to serve as a judicial intern for the Hon. Dennis Cavanaugh in the United States District Court of New Jersey.
