    Benjamin D. Rowley is an Associate in the GRSM Chicago Office. Ben’s practice focuses primarily on appellate matters and commercial litigation for clients throughout the United States. Ben has experience drafting critical motions and appeals.  He also has experience defending clients in complex multi-plaintiff product liability suits, including class actions and multi-district litigation. Prior to joining GRSM, Ben was an associate at a prominent Chicago-based litigation defense firm where he handled a range of commercial litigation matters.

    Ben earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he received several recognitions for stellar moot court performance, including the Friedman Award for Advocacy Excellence and Best Respondent Brief at the National Moot Court Competition. During law school, Ben also served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Ronald Bartkowicz of the Cook County Law Division.

    Ben continues to stay involved with Loyola’s Moot Court Program, serving as a coach for the Wagner Moot Court Team. Ben is also a member of the Chicago House Associate Board and serves as a volunteer with Equality Illinois.
