Brian A. Villar's practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability, as well as tort & product liability. Having handled the defense of a wide variety of tort cases prior to joining the firm, Brian has gained valuable experience in all aspects of litigation from the onset of a claim through discovery and up to trial. He also has experience handling claims involving healthcare defense, medical malpractice, commercial transportation, construction, premises liability, employment, contract disputes, private and commercial property damage, and all other catastrophic injury matters. Brian has significant experience evaluating liability exposure as well as estimating the value of a case in order to determine the best strategy for resolution of a claim. As a result, he is able to efficiently investigate each case and determines its strengths, weaknesses, and potential for success at trial.
