Brian Tarnow is Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of GRSM and is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He defends organizations in environmental and product liability cases alleging exposure to chemicals and other potentially hazardous substances.
Brian has represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation including tort, environmental, product liability, premise liability, commercial, breach of contract, and insurance-related matters in state and federal court.
While attending law school, he was a member of the Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law, won the ABA Client Counseling Competition, was a finalist of the ABA Negotiation Competition, and was a research assistant regarding First Amendment rights in academic settings.
