    Cara A. Fialkoff is Senior Counsel in the New Jersey office of GRSM. Cara handles all aspects of litigation, including initial case assessment and strategy development, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appeals. Cara has litigated cases in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania state and federal courts and has arbitrated matters before the American Arbitration Association. Cara's litigation practice spans actions involving breach of contract, construction, franchise litigation as well as employment and partnership disputes.

    Cara earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school she interned in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Kathleen R. Mulligan and the Honorable Thomas E. Flaherty. She was also the Executive Content Editor of the Duquesne Environmental Health Law Journal, writer for The Juris Magazine, and a Public Interest Law Fellowship Recipient. Cara graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania where she was a member of the Women’s Golf Team.
