    Carolina V. Martin is a results-oriented litigator and trial attorney with nearly ten years of experience serving clients in a variety of industries, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. She focuses her practice in the areas of general and commercial liability, transportation, labor and employment, insurance coverage, and other commercial litigation, and advises businesses on worker’s compensation and immigration issues.

    Carolina has experience in all facets of litigation, handling the defense of complex disputes at every phase of litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery management, witness preparation, trial briefing and witness examination, representing clients at the trial and appellate levels.

    Carolina is skilled in using critical and creative thinking to find solutions to accomplish her clients’ goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Her willingness to acquire the specialized technical knowledge necessary to understand her clients’ needs is often a valuable resource in developing legal strategies to secure their desired outcomes.

    Carolina was born in Brazil and moved to the United States as a teenager, where she became fluent in English and Spanish in addition to her native language, Portuguese. After high school, she held an assortment of jobs, from customer service in telecommunications to graphic designer, and helped establish and run her family’s construction business. She eventually decided to pursue higher education and start a career in law. This unique background and life experience proved useful in developing the ability to communicate and collaborate with people from all walks of life and to strategically approach issues from different perspectives when handling her cases.
