    Christian S. VanDenBerghe is an Associate in GRSM’s Tort and Product Liability and Commercial Litigation practice groups. 

    Christian's commercial practice focuses on banking litigation representing banks, private lenders, and corporate borrowers. His tort practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury actions and landlord-tenant habitability actions.

    Christian also has extensive experience with employment litigation and construction litigation matters. He has represented clients on public works infrastructure litigation, Cal-Trans disputes, hospitality projects, multi-family projects, Miller Act claims, indemnity claims, and more.
