    Christine Stutz joins the firm after an extensive career serving as in-house counsel for public agencies performing civil litigation defense and employment advice, counseling and training. Christine began her legal career in the private sector serving local and national clients in commercial litigation, including representing developers in construction litigation, and in defense of employment claims made in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and the DOL.

    • Successfully defended 8-day jury trial alleging negligence against Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies for failing to perform community caretaking functions.
    • Obtained a favorable memorandum decision for client before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in an FMLA retaliation and interference case.
