    Chris Enger is a Partner in GRSM’s St. Louis office. He handles a wide range of litigation, including matters involving product and premise liability, as well as employment and transportation law. His focus is primarily defending corporations in matters involving toxic tort and environmental litigation arising from catastrophic injuries and wrongful death involving exposures to asbestos, benzene, and other various chemicals. He also defends corporations in various employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and whistleblower actions. Chris is involved in all phases of litigation, including pretrial hearings, written discovery, motion practice, fact witness and expert depositions, and trial preparation. 

    Prior to joining GRSM, Chris gained valuable litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of litigation including toxic tort, employment law, product and premise liability, transportation, and professional liability. He successfully argued several dispositive motions, and was involved in cases from their outset through trial. He also participated in numerous mediations and earned a favorable outcome in a mandatory arbitration in St. Clair County, Illinois.
