    Christopher J. Marchello is a defense litigator practicing primarily in the area of toxic torts. Throughout his career, he has defended hundreds of cases, representing a wide array of clients, including equipment manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and premises owners. He has litigated in both state and federal courts throughout New York. Christopher is experienced with all sides of litigation, having worked for both plaintiff and defense firms during his career.

    He has extensive experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, from the inception of a case to preparation and discovery, motion practice, settlement, or trial and verdict. He is highly skilled at witness examination and exceptional at building rapport to elicit testimony favorable to his clients’ defenses. He has a long record of success in negotiating with opposing counsel to minimize or eliminate his clients’ vulnerabilities in cases. Christopher serves as a direct resource for several clients, cultivating strategies to best fill each of their individual needs.
