  • Biography

    Dani Rogers serves as Senior Counsel in the Tort & Product Liability practice group. Dani has extensive litigation experience and has served as trial counsel for a wide range of product liability clients in state and federal courts, including forklift manufacturers, armored truck companies, bicycle manufacturers and eyeglass companies. 

    Dani handles all phases of civil litigation including the preparation of pleadings, discovery, motions, trial documents and appellate briefs, court appearances and taking and defending depositions.  She also handles mediations and arbitrations.

    Dani’s litigation experience also includes matters involving employment, personal injury, toxic tort, asbestos, insurance bad faith, business contracts, and intellectual property.

    Dani has served as an Adjunct Professor for the Whittier College School of Law, a Volunteer Arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Moot Court Judge at UCLA Law School.
