Daniel A. Garcia is a partner in the Miami office of GRSM and a member of the firm’s Environmental/Toxic Tort, Tort & Product Liability, Professional Liability and Construction practice groups. He represents manufacturers of automobiles, engines, machinery, and other products. He also represents insurance companies and financial institutions.
Daniel focuses a substantial portion of his practice on product liability litigation. His experience includes representation of manufactures and suppliers of boilers, brakes, clutches, compressors, engines, fans, gaskets, joint compound, packing, pumps, tractors, valves and other industrial equipment. He also has experience in litigation matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, construction defects, professional liability, medical device manufacturer Stark Law and Anti-Kickback violations, property contamination, and maritime law.
Daniel has broad experience handling complex tort and product liability litigation in state and federal courts, including asbestos litigation. He is involved in all phases of the litigation process.
