David Gardner’s practice focuses primarily on litigation of all types, ranging from contract and business disputes to product liability matters. David has prosecuted and defended litigation on behalf of individuals and Fortune 500 companies in the state and federal courts of Washington, Idaho, and Montana. David has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation from filing, discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal, as well as a focus on insolvency matters, including bankruptcy and receivership.
David also advises clients on business formation and sale issues, acting as corporate counsel for dozens of businesses throughout the region.
