David R. Garner is Sr. Counsel in the Salt Lake City office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. David has experience in general and complex civil litigation, including product liability defense, business tort, construction defect, breach of contract, professional liability, wrongful death, personal injuries, and employment matters. David has participated in many massive construction lawsuits representing both general contractors and subcontractors. In his labor and employment practice, David has successfully defended many cases in front of the UALD, EEOC, and in state and federal courts. David also provides HR and other labor and employment consulting services.
