David Shucosky is an Associate in the Pittsburgh Office of GRSM and is a member of the Energy and Real Estate practice groups. Mr. Shucosky has drafted hundreds of oil and gas leasehold title opinions which advise oil, gas and energy clients on complex ownership, leasehold and other title issues under Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia law. These opinions frequently include interpreting language severing oil and gas interests in deeds and reviewing large family trees with fractional ownership.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shucosky worked in e-discovery for large complex commercial, financial, and pharmaceutical litigation, in addition to previous work drafting title opinions, and abstracting.
