    David W. Corneil serves as a Partner in the Portland office of GRSM. Mr. Corneil's practice focuses on the defense of drug, medical device, and consumer product manufacturers in products liability claims. He also has extensive experience litigating business and contract disputes, class actions, toxic tort and environmental actions, trade secrets claims, and consumer warranty matters. David navigates corporate clients of all sizes through every aspect of litigation from pre-litigation claims through trial.

    Prior to joining GRSM, David practiced in San Diego in the litigation department of a national full-service firm. In law school David worked for the California Innocence Project representing wrongfully convicted inmates in claims of exoneration, and also served as a judicial extern for a United States District Court magistrate judge. He has also been published and presented on issues related to press freedom and international law.
