    Dean Y. Drew is an Associate in the Dallas office of GRSM and is a member of the Products and General Liability Practice Group. Dean has experience participating in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings; drafting dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; conducting extensive document reviews; participating in the depositions of fact and expert witnesses; assisting in trial preparation; and attending trial.

    • Represented prominent livestock husbandry operation based in Arkansas by successfully obtaining a complete dismissal of class action lawsuit for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Arkansas Minimum Wage Act.
    • Represented managing members of limited liability companies in the successful defense of claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, fraudulent inducement, and conspiracy, involving misappropriation of company funds.
    • Representation of a limited liability company in the successful prosecution of former company officers based upon claims under the Texas Theft Liability Act, conversion, and breach of fiduciary duty.
    • Represented a general contractor in the successful defense of wrongful death, premises liability, and negligence action, which resulted in the pre-trial dismissal of certain claims, and a favorable final settlement on remaining claims.
    • Represented developers of a mix-use development and successfully obtained the release of proceeds from tax incentive financing relating to claims of misappropriation after entry of a temporary restraining order.
