Dennis P. Kisyk is Senior Counsel in the Austin office of GRSM and is a member of the Drug & Medical Device practice group. Dennis has been a litigator for over ten years. For the majority of his career, he practiced insurance defense litigation, gaining experience in many different types of cases including toxic tort, construction accidents, housing and employment discrimination, legal and medical malpractice, premises liability, trucking and auto accidents. For nearly two years, he also practiced real estate litigation.
Dennis has taken and defended hundreds of depositions and made hundreds of court appearances, including successfully arguing an appeal before the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division. He has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar settlements and handled other complex business litigation.
