    Dione C. Wrenn is a Partner in the Las Vegas office of GRSM, and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Employment and Drug & Medical Device practice groups.

    Her employment practice focuses on the areas of wrongful termination, defamation, economic interference, breach of contract, wage and hour, and Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA discrimination, and retaliation claims. Within these areas, she represents employers in state and federal administrative agencies and courts. Dione has experience in conducting pre- and post-litigation workplace investigations, as well as advising clients on employment compliance, discipline, terminations, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. She also prepares employment related policies, procedures, handbooks, and agreements.

    In addition to her employment practice, Dione defends clients in complex litigation arising from business torts, contract disputes, trademark infringement and product liability defense.

    She serves as office co-liaison to the firm's Diversity Committee and is involved in local diversity and inclusion initiatives in the Las Vegas office.

    Prior to joining GRSM, Dione was an associate at a national employment law firm. While attending law school, she also served as a summer judicial extern to the Honorable George W. Foley Jr
