Elisa Nemiroff is an experienced attorney with a special focus on advertising, promotion, and consumer protection matters and related commercial transactions.

She works closely with clients to evaluate both the legal and business considerations of advertising and labeling campaigns to ensure these campaigns comply with regulations, statutes, and policies enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, Food and Drug Administration, and state entities as well as advertising guidelines developed by industry. Elisa has particular expertise with helping clients assess and develop claim substantiation for product claims. She manages national and international taste tests, preference tests, and other consumer surveys via independent third-party research companies. Elisa also works with clients on influencer campaigns, promotions, including sweepstakes and contests, coupons, loyalty and reward programs, and other similar endeavors.
