Lizzie Hardage is an Associate in the Chicago office of GRSM. She is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Employment, and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups.
As part of her practice, Lizzie counsels employers on all aspects of employee management. She has substantial experience before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies handling charges of discrimination and retaliation.
Prior to joining GRSM, Lizzie was an associate at a mid-sized Houston insurance defense firm where she primarily specialized in trucking and premises liability matters. She gained valuable experience—honing her legal writing and advocacy skills while working with a variety of clients throughout each stage of litigation.
Lizzie graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2021. During her time in law school, she served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. Her Comment addressing pandemic legal policy was selected for publication in Volume 21 of the Journal. She also received the LEX Award for the highest grade in Lawyering Skills & Strategies, as well as the J. Huey O’Toole Award for academic excellence in family law courses.
