Eric S. Wyant II is an associate in the Pittsburgh Office of GRSM and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Energy, Insurance, Product & General Liability, and Real Estate practice groups. Mr. Wyant’s diverse practice includes complex commercial litigation, civil litigation, energy litigation, professional liability litigation, and real estate litigation.
Eric has represented clients in cases filed throughout the state and federal courts situated in Pennsylvania and has assisted in cases filed in other jurisdictions across the United States and the American Arbitration Association. He has advised and advocated for a broad array of clients, including both publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as individuals, in the construction, energy, financial, health care, insurance, real estate, and telecommunications industries. Through both prosecuting and defending actions on behalf of clients, he has experience handling all facets of litigation. In doing so, he provides practical guidance to minimize the inconveniences of litigation.
Eric earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, and Master of Business Administration from Wheeling Jesuit University. Then, he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law where he was awarded membership into the Order of the Barristers and received a Shalom Moot Court Award. During law school, he was a member of the nationally ranked Appellate Moot Court Board, the Executive Editor of the Energy & Environmental Law Journal, the Student Articles Editor of the Business Law Journal, and he served as an extern to the Honorable Justice Christine Donohue of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
