• Negotiated data supply and distribution agreements with third party date vendors, including international and domestic data exchanges for inclusion for an industry leading financial workstation product.   
• Counseled a Puerto Rico-based Medicare payer in a multiyear transaction for the outsourcing of its claims administration and adjudication processes and related software and processing services transaction. 
• Advised a healthcare, lifestyle, and lighting company in its acquisition of an alternative energy generator and related services.  
• Represented a sports technology vendor in a licensing transaction that provided solutions for monitoring human performance for swimming and triathlons industries.
