Glen Powell is senior counsel in the firm’s Tort and Product Liability and Professional Liability practice groups. He represents clients in a variety of toxic tort, general product liability and professional liability cases.
He has extensive experience statewide in federal and California state courts handling claims of exposure to toxins brought against manufacturers of machinery and equipment whose products are found at shipyards, refineries, construction projects and in other commercial settings. He also represents distributors and retailers of home decor, herbal supplements and other consumer products.
In general product liability cases Glen has represented gas water heater manufacturers, pneumatic tool manufacturers and manufacturers of motor vehicles in lemon law cases.
Glen also represents healthcare providers and allied health care professionals during all phases of litigation, including dentists, chiropractors, nurses, physical therapists and athletic trainers.
Glen served for four years in the U.S. Navy and received an honorable discharge.
