    Greg Bean is a litigator who focuses his practice in estate and trust litigation, general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction, bankruptcy, and personal injury insurance defense (including general tort liability, premise liability, automobile accidents, and products liability).

    Greg’s estate litigation practice includes bringing and defending challenges to wills and trusts. He also assists in interpretation of wills and trusts and bringing and defending claims against executors and trustees for breach of fiduciary duties.

    His commercial and real estate litigation and community association practice includes assisting businesses in dispute resolution and litigation, including helping commercial tenants obtain and collect on judgments, evict tenants, and interpret contract language. He assists residential and commercial landlords in disputes with tenants. Greg also advises community associations on their general legal matters and litigating matters involving covenant enforcement and collections actions.

    Greg’s construction practice includes representing owners, contractors, suppliers, architects, and other design professionals in a variety of areas relating to construction, including litigation, administrative hearings, licensing, construction defect and delay claims, E&O claims, and contractual breach claims. He has represented all types of clients, from individual homeowners to national construction corporations.  

    His bankruptcy practice includes representing commercial and individual creditors in a variety of bankruptcy matters, including filing proofs of claim, defendant objections to proofs of claim, instituting proceedings for involuntary bankruptcy, representation in adverse actions, and seeking relief from automatic stays. Greg has defended national businesses, financial institutions, and insurers, including in the defense of actions for violation of the automatic stay.

    Throughout his career, Greg has represented multiple national auto insurance companies, hotels, product manufacturers, and local municipalities in a variety of civil litigation matters. He specialized in representing insurance companies accused of mishandling personal injury claims and accused of bad faith insurance practices. He has also handled high-value product liability cases in both federal and state courts.
