Haley Hansen is a Partner in the Chicago office of GRSM. In her practice, she focuses on civil litigation, including products liability, toxic tort, asbestos and talcum powder litigation. In the arena of toxic tort and asbestos, she has served as both local and national counsel for various product manufacturers. As national coordinating counsel, Haley works to ensure cohesive and strategic expert development and docket management.
She works relentlessly to investigate and learn every detail of her clients' cases, and treats her cases as if they are her own legal issues. She is involved with all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including discovery and depositions, dispositive and pre-trial motions, trial preparation, trial, and settlement.
Haley has extensive experience in the courtroom, taking many cases to trial before a jury. She takes a unique perspective to each case and strives to develop a comprehensive defense outside the norm.
