    Ivona Ogramic is an Associate in the Seattle office of GRSM and is a member of the Construction practice group. Ivona advises and represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and designers in various sectors of the construction industry, including but not limited to, infrastructure, power, and wastewater. She has experience handling payment dispute claims, delay and impact claims, contract termination and wrongful termination claims, among others. Ivona has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, including arbitration.

    Ivona received her J.D. cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.  As a law student, Ivona received the Washington State Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Fellowship.
